Delivery Timeframes

Your subscription box is carefully curated and shipped on a monthly basis. Here's what to expect:

  • Boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month
  • Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after shipping
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your box ships

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • All 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses accepted
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your box arrives safely:

  • USPS (Primary carrier)
  • UPS and FedEx for select regions
  • All packages are fully insured
  • Signature may be required for delivery

Shipping Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your subscription box. If you experience any issues:

  • Lost packages: Contact us if your box hasn't arrived within 10 business days
  • Damaged items: Take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Wrong address: Update your shipping address before the 1st of each month
  • We'll work with you to resolve any shipping-related issues promptly
